The last will Nuncupative of Robert Coursey late of Hanslope deceased, declared by him in the tyme of his weaknes by word of mouth only a litle before his death to this effect followinge  Viz:

The said Robert Coursey a litle before Hallowtyde on the first of All Saints last past finding himself not well and having Novication with one John Tompson of Hanslope aforesayd about the disposinge of his Goods in case he should dye he ..... of the sd John and others whose names are here underwritten did by way of declaringe his minde touchinge the said Goods, Give will and appointe All his worldly goods and chattells whatsoever unto his Brother  William Coursey, And beinge asked whether he would give nothinge to anie of his other Brothers he answered noe; (he naminge the said William) is best worthey of it  And he shall have it
