In the Name of God Amen the Seventh day of January in the Yeare of our Lord God 1712   I George Jennings of Handslop in the County of Bucks being Sick and Weake of body but of perfect Mind and memory thanks be to God doe make and ordayne this my Last Will and Testament in Manner and forme following I give and bequeath to my Son Will. Jennings the Sume of five pounds  I give and bequeath to my Son George Jennings the sume of five pounds I give and bequeath to my Son Henry Jennings the Sume of five pounds if he be liveing I give and bequeath to my Son Edward Jennings the Sume of five pounds I give and bequeath to my Son John Jennings the Sume of Ten pounds I give and bequeath to my Son James Jennings the Sume of Ten pounds I give and bequeath to my Son Sam Jennings the Sume of Ten pounds I give and bequeath to my Son Thomas Jennings the Sume of Twenty pounds I give and bequeath to my Son Robert Jennings the Sume of Twenty pounds I give and bequeath to my Son Christopher Jennings the Sume of Twenty Pounds I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary Jennings the Sume of Six pounds which Sume was willed to my wife Margaret Jennings by her father Will Gregory deceased in the......... of five pounds which was willed to my Said daughter Mary Jennings by Katherine Allen late of Handslop and received for her life by me and also I give to my Said daughter Mary Jennings the Sume of fifteene pounds I give and bequeath to my daughter ffrances Jennings the Sume of fifteene pounds And all household goods to be equally divided between my two daughters Mary Jennings and ffrances Jennings at the decease of my wife Margaret Jennings my Will is that if either of the first four dye (viz) Will Jennings George Jennings Henry Jennings or Edward Jennings before the time hereafter Limitted for the payment  of their Legacyes that then his or theire Legacyes be equally divided betweene the other of them that shall be Surviving likewise my Will is that if either of the Next three dye (viz) John Jennings James Jennings or Samuell Jennings before the time Limitted for the payment of theire Said Legacyes that then his or theire Legacye to be Equally divided betweene the other of them that shall be Surviving  Likewise my Will is that if either of the other three dye (viz) Tho Jennings Robert Jennings or Christopher Jennings before the time hereafter Limitted for the payment of the said Legacyes that then his or theire Legacy shall be Equally  divided between the other of them as shall be survived But my Will and pleasure is that if either of my Sons herein mentioned (viz) William Jennings George Jennings Henry Jennings Edward Jennings John Jennings James Jennings Sam Jennings Thomas Jennings Robert Jennings or Christopher Jennings shall dye before they have received their Legacyes herein mentioned leaveing behind them Children that then the fathers Legacy shall be Equally divided betweene his Children and my Will and plesure is that Ten pounds each to my three youngest Sons (viz) Thomas Jennings Robert Jennings and Christopher Jennings shall be paid by my Executrix as they shall Severally come to the age of between fourteene and fifteene or fifteene Yeares to bind them Apprentices and my Will is that my daughters Mary Jennings and ffrances Jennings shall have Ten pounds each of theire fifteen pounds before mentioned  when they shall severally Arrive and come to the age of Twenty oneYeares and the residue at the decease of my wife Margaret Jennings And my Will is that if either of my said daughters should dye without heirs that her Legacye shall go to the other Surviving And I make and ordayne Margaret my Wife  John Dennis and Lewis Ancell my Executors of this my Last Will and Testament And doe put them in power to Sell all my houses Land and Cattle and to put the Money out to Interest which Interest I give to Margaret my Wife during her Naturall Life, my Meaning is the Legacyes to be put out to Interest to Maintaine her dureing her Life and what money shall be made of my Effects over and above the Legacys herein given and bequeathed shall pay my debts and the remainder be given to Margaret my wife And my Will is that all my Legacyes within Mentioned shall be paid within one Yeare after my Wife Margarets decease Except those that are otherwise ordered in this my Will and I doe hereby Utterly Disallow revoke and Disannull all and every other former Testaments Wills and Legacyes requests and Executors by me in any ways before this time Named Willed and Bequeathed Ratifying and Confirming this and no other to be my Last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and Seale the marked of George Jennings Signed Sealed published pronounced and declared by the said George Jennings as his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us the Subscribers Sam Gregory the marke of Mary Jennings Robert Vaus Jun.
