In the name of God Amen I Robert Willcox of Hanslope in the Countie of Bucks Laborer being sick in body but of perfect remembrance of minde thankes be unto Allmighty God for the same I here ordaine and make this my Last will and testament in manner and forme following first I give and bequeath my Soule unto Allmighty God from whome it came and to Jesus Christ my Saviour who hathe redeemed it and to the holy Ghost....... and one only true and liveing God whom I acknowledge and adorne and for my Body I give and bequeath unto the Earth from whence it was taken to be Buryed at ye dicresions of my executors And for my worldly estate goods and Chattells whatsoever I give and bequeath in manner and forme following first I give and bequeath unto Catheren my Last loveing wife All that my Messuage or tenem[ent] with the yard and garden thereunto adioying in their or only of their appurtenances situate standing and being in wooding Lane in Longstreet in Hanslapp aforesaid in the said County of Bucks unto her hieres and assignes forev[er] I alsoe give and bequeath unto francis Willcox my Eldest Sonn the sume of Twelve pence to be paid him within one yeare after my decease if he come and demands  the same I alsoe give and bequeath unto John Willcox my second Sonne the sume of Twelve pence to be paid him within one yeare after my Decease if he come and demande the same And for all the rest of my goods Chattells and moveable whatsoev[er] my Debts being paid and my funerall difrayed I give and bequeath unto the said Catheren my last loveing wife whom I make my full wholl and sole Executrix of this my Last will and Testament and doe here utterly renounce all former will gifts and grannts whatsoev[er] in witness whereof I Robert Willcox have put to my hand and seale this the Nyntenth day of Januarie the yeare of our Lord God One thousand Six hundred ffity and Three according to our English Accounts The sign of Robert Willcox Sealed and delivered in the presence of Chris Cowley the marke of Robert Leach
