In the name of God Amen I Thomas Blunt of Hanslopp in theCounty of Bucks yeoman being sick in body but of good and perfect remembrance thankes bee given to Almighty God for the same doe make and ordaine this my last will and testament in manner and forme following (that is to say) ffirst I give and bequeath my Soule unto Almighty God whoe created it to Jesus Christ whoe redeemed it and to the holy ghoast whoe sanctified and preserved mee three persons and but one God whome I do adore and will acknowledge forever  And my body to the Earth from whence it came to bee buried according to the discrecon of my Executrix hereafter named Item I give and bequeath unto my welbeloved wife Anne all that messuage or tenement with the appurtenances wherin I now dwell and which is situate and being in Church End in the parish of Hanslopp aforesaid  And also all those my twoe Closse unto the said Messuage or tenement belonging To have and to hold the said messuage or tenement  with the appurtenances and the said twoe Closses unto my loveing wife ffor and dureing her naturall life if shee keepes her selfe a widdoe and unmarried   Item I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter Anne All that my said messuage or tenement with the appurtenances  And alsoe my said twoe Closses unto the said messuage or tenement belonging  To have and to hold the said messuage or tenement with the appurtenances and the said Twoe Closses unto my said daughter Anne and to the heires of her body lawfully begotten forever (ffrom and after the decease of my loveing wife or her second marriage which shall ffirst happen)To bee to the only prosper and behoofe of my said daughter Anne and the heires of her body lawfully begotten forever and to none other intent or purpose whatsoever  And from and after the decease of my said loveing wife or her second marriage as aforesaid And from and after the decease of my said daughter Anne and for want of heires of her body lawfullyto bee begotten as aforesaid Then I doe give and bequeath the said Messuage or tenement with the appurtenaces and the said twoe Closses unto the same belonging unto my kinseman John Clover of Tottall end in the p[ar]ish of Hanslopp aforesaid yeoman and to his heires forever Provided alwayes and my will is that in Case my said wife shall marrie againe and change her widdoe or die before my daughter Anne shall achieve the age of one and Twentie yeares (and my said daughter Anne be liveing) that then or in eyther of the said Cases I give the said messuage or tenement and twoe Closses with the appurtenances to William Willcox George Coldwell and William Coldwell all of Hanslopp aforesaid and to the Survivior or Survivors of them their heires and assignes Nevertheless in trust and to the uses and behoofes hereafter and by ... and Rents lymitted and appointed (that is to say) that they the said William Willcox George Coldwell and William Coldwell and the Survivor or Surviviors of them their heires and assignes shall ymploy the rentes issues and  proffitts of the said premisses to the only proper use and behoofe of my said daughter Anne untill shee shall accomplish the age of one and Twentie yeares for and provides the educacon maintenance and preferment of my said daughter Anne Provided  further and my will is that the said William WiIlcox George Coldwell and William Coldwell and gthe survivor and survivor of them shall have their expences charges and disbursements that they or eyther of them shalbee in the appointing of the truste in them or eyther of them in this my will reposed deducted out of the proffitts of the said premisses  Item I give and bequeath unto my said daughter Anne my beste bedsteede and the furniture unto the same belonging and alsoe one cupbord standing in the parlour and the ...... and the best coffer in the Chamber and alsoe my biggest brasse pott and my biggest brasse kettle  Item I give and bequeath unto the said William Willcox George Coldwell and William Coldwell ffive shillings apeece  All the reste of my goodes Cattles and Chattles personall Estate debtes and credites not before disposed of I give and bequeath unto my loveing wife Anne whome I make sole Executrix of this my last will and testament Shee payeing my debtes Legacies and funerall expences And I doe make Overseeres of this my laste will and testament the said William Willcox George Coldwell and William Coldwell whome I desire to bee aydeing and assisting to my said Executrix And my will is that what benefitt my wife hath by this my will shalbee in....... .and sattisfaccon of all her dower and .. ....  in my lands tenements and hereditaments if  shee acceptes of any ..... of the same that is to her herein given or if shee acceptes of the Executrixship  And I doe hereby revoake and renounce all other and former Wills by mee made  In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Blunt have hereunto sett my hand and seale the Third day of ffebruary in the yeare of our lord one thousand Sixe hundred ffiftie and eight according to the English account 1658 The marke of Thomas Blunt  Signed sealed and published by the testator in the presence of ffrancis Coldwell
