In the Name of God Amen the ffive and Twentieth day of April Anno Dom 1674 I Thomas Brice of Hanslop in the County of Bucks yeoman being Sick in body but of good and perfect remembrance thanks be to Allmighty God doe make this my last will and Testament in manner and forme following first I give and bequeath my Soul to Allmighty God my maker trusting to be saved by my Saviour and Redeemer Jesus Christ and my body to be buried in the Churchyard of Hanslop aforesaid As for my worldly Goods I give and bequeath them in manner following First I give and bequeath unto my Sonne Bartholomew Brice all that my foure Acres of arable Land in Richards field in Liew of that foure Acres of Land in Longstreet fields

Item I give unto the said Bartholomew Brice one browne Cow, one dunne Cow and one heifer and also halfe the haycocke standing in a close called Bandies Blounte at Michaelmas next after my decease

Item I give unto my Daughter Elizabeth Brice that Cottage or Tenement wherein the said Bartholomew now dwelleth and also one acre of land in Waldrons field and one Pightill in Woodend Lane  And I doe make my wife Hellen Brice and my said Daughter Elizabeth Brice my Executors of this my last Will and Testament joyntly together, in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seale in the presence of John fforster Edward Church (signed by) Thomas Brice
