This is the last Will and Testament of Thomas Bunch of Hanslopp in the County of Bucks labourer being sick in body but in perfect memory  Doe make and ordeine this my last will and testament following ffirst my will is And I doe hereby give unto Thomas Bunch my Eldest sonne after the death of Elizabeth my now wife These parcells of land following,  And to his heires and assignes for ever;  All those Two acres lying together in Rogers land feild butting upon the headlands of William Baldwyn Alsoe I doe give to my sonne Thomas the Acres of land in Embers land ffeild  butting upon the close of William Baldwyn  Alsoe I doe give more unto my sonne Thomas  Two Roods of land lying in Seaven acres ffeild Aioyning to the lands of the said William Baldwyn  Alsoe I doe give unto my sonne Thomas a parcell of meadow called ......  All this I give to my said sonne Thomas to enioy the same after his mothers death and then to his heires and assignes for ever   Alsoe I give to my wife Elizabeth Bunch the plot of ground in the Churchyard and to her heires and assignes for ever  Alsoe I doe give to my sonne Richard two lands together in Rodgers land ffeild abutting upon the close of Richard Carter  Alsoe I give unto my said sonne Richard one land in Embers land adioyning to the lande of William Rawlins  Alsoe I give to my sonne Richard the Three Leyes in a place called Miniments Croft abutting upon a Lane called Rose Lane Alsoe I give to my sonne Richard two lands more lying in Embers land feild next the highway with a side land adioyning  All this I doe give  to my sonne Richard and to his heires and assignes for ever  After the death of my said wife Elizabeth Bunch  Alsoe I doe give to my youngest daughter Mary Bunch the sume of Twelve pounds of lawfull english money to be paid to her att the age of Eighteen yeares if shee doe live to accomplish the same age by my Executrix hereafter named  I doe give to my daughter Margarett the sume of one shilling of like lawfull English money to be paid att the age aforesaid.  All the rest of my goods Chattell and Catell and other household stuffe and lumber I doe give to my welbeloved wife Elizabeth Bunch, whome I doe make the sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament  In witnesse hereunto I sett my hand and seale this ffive and Twentieth day of April In the yeare One thousand Six hundred ffifty Nyne  Sealed and delivered in the presence of us  The marke off ffrancis Roston the marke of John Coates
