In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Church of Hanslap in the County of Bucks Carpenter being in good health of Body and of a Sound and disposeing Mind and Memory praised be God for the Same Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (Viz)   ffirst I Commend my Sole into ye Hands of Almighty God my Creator Trusting to be Saved thro the merits and Mediation of my blessed Saviour and Redeemer Jesus Christ  and my Body to the Earth to be Decently Interred at the Discretion of my Executrix herein after named  And as to my Temporate Estate I dispose thereof as followeth   Imprimis I give devise and bequeath unto my Wife Jane Church and to her Heirs and Assigns for ever all that my Messuage Cottage or Tenement wherein I now Inhabitt and Dwell Situate Standing and being in Hanslap aforesaid  Together with the yard orchard backside and all other Appurtenances whatsoever to the Same belonging or in any wise appertaining   Item I give unto my said Wife Jane Church all my goods Chattells and personal Estate whatsoever or wheresoever my Debts (if any) I shall owe at the time of  my Decease and funerale Charges being first paid and discharged   And I do make my said Wife Jane Church sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament And I do hereby revoke and make void all former Wills heretofore by me made In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament Set my Hand and Seal this Thirtieth day of March in the Eighth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George by the Grace of God of Great Britain ffrance and Ireland King defender of the ffaith Anno Domino in One Thousand seven hundred and Twenty Two  Thomas Church Signed Sealed published and declared by the Testator to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of John Williams   Leonard Kidd   Richard Nicholls
