I Mary Ellis of Handslop in the County of Bucks Drawing to the enthis transitory life haveing through Gods Great Mercy the free use of my understanding Doe make this my Last Will and Testament Revokeing all other Wills formerly made by me my Spirit I comitt with trust and hope of the heavenly felicity into the hands of Jesus my Gloryfyed Redeemer and Intercesor and by his Mediation into hands of God my reconciled father To whom be Glory for ever Amen My Money and goods at this time being in the hand of my brother Richard Ellis  my will is that my two Brothers Richard Ellis and Thomas Ellis shall be my Executors of it and first I desire that my debts and funerall Charges be paid and I give to my Sister Sarah Creake five pound and to her daughter Mary Creake Ten pound and to her daughter Sarah Creake five pound and my Wearing Cloths I give to my Sister Sarah Creake and her daughter Mary to be Equally divided between them And I doe give to Mr Jacob ffloyd Twenty pound and to his Son Mr James ffloyd Twenty pound and the rest of my money when this is paid the right of my money that remains which is Eight Score pound within five I leave to be equally divided between my two brothers Richard Ellis and Thomas Ellis and I give my Chest of Linnen to my brothers Richard Ellis and Thomas Ellis and Sister Sarahs Children to be equally divided amongst theire Children the rest of my goods I give to my brother Richard Ellis and desire that they should give fifty shillings in bread to the poore at my funerall to which I do put my hand and Seale Mary Ellis her marke Signed and Sealed in the presence of us Rachaell Williamson her marke Jermiah Shakshaft William Bladon
