In the name of God Amen I Thomas ffreeman of Hanslopp in the County of Bucks Barber being Sick in body butt of good and perfecte rememberance thankes bee given to Almighty god for the same doe make and ordaine my last will and testament in manner and forme following  ffirst I give and bequeath my soule unto Almighty god whoe created it to Jesus Christ whoe redeemed it And to the holy Ghoast whoe sanctified and preserved mee thee perfect and but one God whome I doe adore and will acknowledge forever and my body to the Earth from whence it came to bee buried according to the discretion of my Executrix hereafter named  Item I doe give devise and bequeath to Katherine my wife the Messuage or Tenement barnes stables outhouses yardes gardens backsides outhouses with all proffitts and appurtenances thereunto belonging (except the Closse thereunto adioyning and belonging to have and to holed the premisses excepte before excepted) unto the said Katherine from the tyme of my decease untill my sonne Thomas ffreeman accomplish the full age of Twoe and Twentie yeares by effluxcon of tyme Provided that the said Katherine or her assignes make payment of the remainder of ascertaine debts or legacies due and remaineing as yett payable to my brother Christopher ffoster lymitted to him by the Will of my late mother Isabell ffoster and appointed to bee by the said Katherine paid out of the personall estate hereafter to her the said Katherine hereby disposed And further that shee the said Katherine or her assignes permitt nor suffer any voluntory or neglective waste to bee comitted in or upon the same premisses or any parte thereof  And further I the said Thomas ffreeman doe hereby declare that the acceptance of this devise and bequest to the said Katherine or her assignes shalbee in full sattissfaccon of and for her dower or thirdes of and withe premisses aforesaid and if the said Katherine refuses accepte thereof accordingly then my will is that shee the said Katherine shall render an account and sattissfaction to such person or persons to whome the inheritance of the same premisses shall discend or come of the proffitts by her received and to her accrueing out of and from the said premisses dureing the tyme shee or they holde and enioy the same And I give devise and bequeath the same Messuage or Tenement and other the said premisses thereto belonging unto the said Thomas my sonne to have and to hold the same unto the said Thomas my sonne (from his accomplishment of the age of Twoe and Twentie yeares) unto him and his heires forever Provided that the said Thomas my sonne doe before hee enter to holde and enioy the same premisses accordingly pay unto the said Katherine my wife uppon her sealeing and delivering a sufficient Release or giveing some other sufficient discharge of her dower therein the sume of Twentie poundes And to Mary and Anne my twoe daughters ffifteee poundes a peece of lawfull English money And in case the said Thomas my sonne shall die before his age of Twoe and Twentie yeares or make failur in payment of the sume of Twentie pounds to the said Katherine  and fifteene pounds apeece to the said Mary and Anne according as the same is herein disposed and lymitted then I give and devise the same Messuage and premisses to the said Mary and Anne and their heires forever And I doe hereby appoint and declare that the same premisses bee thereupon lyable to the payment of the said a sufficient discharge of her dower therein as aforesaid in casae shee the said Katherine bee then liveing And my will further is that in case eyther of my said daughters dye before shee received her ffifteene poundes to her herein and hereby lymitted and dispoased that then the ffifteene poundes payable to her soe dyeing shall goe remaine and bee paid to the survivors of my said daughters And in case the said Katherine die before her receipte of the said Twentie poundes then my will is the said Twentie poundes bee paid to my said daughters proporsonably In case one of my said daughters bee dead befoare the receipte of the sume proporsonably my will is the same Twentie poundes bee paid to the survivor of my said Daughters And all my goodes Cattles Chattles and personable estate whatsoever (except the waste of the Cloases aforementioned)  I doe give and bequeath to the said Katherine my wife whome I ordaine sole Executrix of this my will shee payeing the remainder of the debts or legacy yett payable to my said brother Christopher which I desire  may bee paid according to the said Isabella Forster my mothers will) and alsoe payeing all other my debts and my will further is that the said ffifteene poundes apeece payable to my daughters as aforesaid bee deposited into the handes or custody of the said Katherine for their use and benefitt as aforesaid and shee to give a receipte or discharge for the same which I hereby declare to bee sufficient And I doe ordaine overseers of this my Will John Budd of Leckhamsted in the said County of Bucks yeoman and William Truelove of Hanslopp aforesaid Baker to whome I give Twelve poundes a peece for their paines And my Will and intent is that if any doubte or ambiguity arise in respect of this my will that the same be referred to my said overseers to determine and settle  And I doe revoake all former wills by me made In witness whereof I the said Thomas ffreeman the Testator have hereunto sett my hand and seale the Seaventeenth day of June in the yeare of our Lord one thousand sixe hundred ffiftie and Nine according to the English accounte the marke of Thomas ffreeman   Signed sealed and published in the presence of Edmund Lawrence Edmund Lawrence the younger George Coldwell F Coldwell
