In dei noie Amen. I Anthony Kingsonne of Hanslopp in the countie of Buckes rough mason beinge sicke in bodie, but whole in minde, doe make my laste will and testament in manner and forme followinge; Imprimis I comend my soule unto allmightie god trustinge to be saved by the merittes and obedience of his onely sonne Jesus Christe, my lorde and Saviour and my bodie to be buried in the churchyard of Hanslopp aforesaid hopinge for the resurrection of glory etc Item I give and bequeath unto Agnes Kingsonne my wife all my cottage, with the yarde, garden, comons and appurtenances, to have holde and peaceably to enioye duringe the tearme of her naturall life; that parte of the cottage excepted, which my sonne Thomas doth nowe possesse and enioye; which saide parte my saide sonne and Sarah his wife shall quitely enioye as they nowe doe duringe the naturall life of Agnes my saide wife; and after her decease I give and bequeath to Thomas my saide sonne alll the saide cottage with the appurtenances, to have holde and peaceably enioye, duringe his naturall life, and after his decease, I give and bequeath all that my saide cottage with the appurtenances to Elenor Kingsonne, Agnes Kingsonne and Jane Kingsonne daughters of the saide Thomas, and to the longest liver of them and to theire heires for ever; Item I give and bequeath to Agnes my saide wife, libertie to fell, and cut downe for her use, one greate crabb tree, and one ould ashe, and likewise to lopp the rest of the tymber trees for her use and no further , for my will is that the tymber trees, on the grounde which I have planted, shall be preserved and not defaced; Item I give and bequeath unto Agnes my saide wife, all my moveable goodes to use and dispose at her pleasure; and I ordaine and make, the saide Agnes my wife my sole executrix of this my laste will and testament; and allso Willyam Hillyar and Willyam Orpine overseers of the same, hopinge they will doe theire best endeavors, to see this my will performed and accomplished accordinge to to my true meaninge and intent; In witnes wheareof I the saide Anthony to this my laste will have put my hande and seale; the xx th daie of Aprill Anno Dm. 1619: these beinge witnesses William Lingard Christopher Cote Bridget Ironmonger Proved 9th October 1619
