In the Name of God Amen the thirtieth day of August in the yeare of our Lord God on[e] thousand sixe hundred and Eighty I Thomas Lewsly of pindon end in the parish of Hanslopp in the County of Bucks Laboror being weake in Body but of perfect memory praised be God for it  I doe make constitut[e] and ordaine this my Last will and testament in manner and forme following

ffirst and before all I bequeath my soule into the hands of all mighty God my maker and Redeemer hoping that through the meritorious Death and passion of Jesus Christ my only saviour and Redeemer to receive free pardon and forgiveness for all my sinns past present and to com[e]

Imprimis I give and bequea[th] all that house and all the ground thereunto belonging with all the edifices and buildings which are now in my posession to Anne my now wife during her naturall life

And after her decease to my three daughters namely Mary Robinson Ellen Chester and Anne Tibes equally to be devided betwext them and in case any of the women chance to die before my said wife Anne before mentioned then her parte to be devided to her Chilldren And further my will is that if they thinke good to sell it and to devide the money equally between them yealding and paying  to John Lewsly the son of my son Thomas Lewsly dese[a]sed the sum of on[e] pound and ten shillings of currant money, and allsoe of my thre[e] other grandchildren his sisters and Brother Sarra(h) Lewsly Anne Lewsly and Lennard Lewsly the sum of three shillings and fore pence apeece And all those severall Legacies to be paid by my said daughters or ther[e] asigns within sixe months next after thay have quit possession of the said premises

Item I give to my son Henry Lewsly the sum of on[e] shilling if he com[e]s to demand it all I give to my son Richard Lewsly the sum of on[e] shilling if he com[e] to demand it and it to be paid by my aforesaid daughters

And further my will is that wher[e] as I have formerly mad[e] my wife Anne a Joyntor during her Life of a house and certaine peece of Land lying in Hanslopp aforesaid which I formerly purchased of Robord Leach the particulars whereof are mentioned in the said Joyntur And my will is that the said parcell of Land with out the house which is part of the said purchase from Leach unto my said wife Anne and to her heirs forever to pay and all my Lawfull Debts except my aforesaid Legacies

And the dwelling house which is part of the purchase formerly purchased of Robard Leach I give and bequeath to my Grandchild Thomas Lewsly the son of  Thomas Lewsly deceased after the decease of my wife Anne Lewsly aforesaid  And my debts and funerall charges discharged to be don[e] Loving wife Anne Lewsly and shee to be my wholl and full Executrix of this my Last will and testament The marke of Thomas Lewsly
