In the name of god Amen:  The xiijth daie of January in the seaventeenth yeare of the raigne of our Soveraigne lord James by the grace of god of England ffrance and Ireland king defender of the the faith etc. and of Scotland the liij th in the yeare of our lord god 1619:   I Thomas Parrott of Hanslopp in the countie of Bucks yeoman, beinge diseased and craised in bodie, but perfect minde and memory, thankes be given to god, doe make and ordaine this my laste will and testament in manner and forme followinge  First I give and bequeath my soule into the handes of allmightie god, hopeinge to obtaine everlastinge life by the onely merittes of Jesus Christe his onely sonne, and my onely saviour and redeemer and my bodie to be buried in some moote or convenient place of the church yarde of Hanslopp aforesaide  Item I give and bequeath  unto Michaell Parrott  my eldest sonne xijd: of lawfull englishe money; to be paide within one yeare next after my decease;  Item I give and bequeath unto Robert Parrott my second sonne xijd: of lawfull englishe money, to be paide within one yeare next after my decease;  Item I give and bequeath to Griffin Parrott my third sonne xs of lawfull mony of Englande, to be paide unto him within one yeare next after my decease;  Item I give and bequeath unto Luke Parrott my fourth sonne xijd of lawfull money of England to be paide within one yeare after my decease;  Item I give unto Thomas Parrott my youngest sonne thirtie poundes of lawfull englishe mony to be paide unto him within one twelfth moneth next after my decease;  Item I give unto Anne my daughter twentie pounds of lawfull money of England to be aide within twoe yeares after my decease;  Item I give unto my saide daughter Anne, the best beddsteede and feather bedd, with a bolster twoe pillowes a coverlett, twoe blankettes and twoe paires of sheetes; and allso I give unto her my saide daughter the cubbord standinge in the hall which I bought laste;  Item I give unto Joane Stonbridge my daughter xijd: of lawfull englishe mony to be paide within one yeare after my decease;  Item I give and bequeath unto Thomas Stonebridge and Elizabeth Stonebridge the chilldren of my daughter Joane xs: a peece to be paide within one twelve moneth next after my death;  all the rest of my goodes and chattells unbequeathed, I leave give and bequeath unto Agnes my wife whome I make my whole and sole executrix of this my laste will and testament;  more over for the better performance of this my laste will and testament  I consitute and ordaine Robert Parrott my brother, and Edward Newman, Thomas Travill Christopher Travill and Alexander Brafield my brother in law to be my overseers and Surveyors this my last will and testament and I give to either of them for theire paines xijd  Witnesses heareunto Thomas Church, Robert Parrott
