In the name of God Amen I widow Hindes of Wooding Lane in the parish of Hanslapp being infirme in Body but of a sound minde and memory thanks be God for the same and considering the Mortallity of this life doe therefore make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say ffirst I recommend my soule into the hands of Almighty God and Saviour Jesus Christ and my Body I committ to the earth to be decently interred by my Executors hereinafter mentioned as for my worldly estate I dispose of the same as followeth Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my loving son Richard Hindes three pewter dishes also I give unto my son John Hindes one trundle bed and the bedding as belongs to it also one house being in Wooding Lane The Close of Mr Chapmans lying south west side the lane North and halfe the yard and halfe of all the profitts comons hedges ditches as belongs to the thing likewise halfe the goods as be in the house as be not disposed of Alsoe I give unto my son Joseph Hindes the other end of the house he now lives in stands North east of the other house and the other halfe of the yard and hedges and dikes and profitts as belongeth to it as is not yet disposed of and Alsoe one Joyne bed and beding other halfe of all the goods as I have and hereby I doe appoint my son John Hindes and my son Joseph Hindes my onely Executors of this my last Will desireing them to defray my debts and ffunerall discharged and I desire ffrancis Roson Thomas Rawlings to be overseers of this my Will witnesse my hand whereof I the said Dorothy Hindes have hereunto sett my hand and seale the year of our Lord God 1706 The marke of Dorothy Hindes signed and sealed and published by the Testator in our and after in her presence subscribed by us Nicholas Church the marke of ffrancis Rosen and Thomas Rawlins
