I John Stevens of hanslapp in the County of Bucks Yeoman being weake in body yet in perfect sense and memory Doe make and order this my Last will and testament as followeth I doe give to my beloved wife Ann Stevens the Close knowne or called by the name of ffrench croft I doe give to my Loveing wife Ann Stevens two Closes one called by the name of Cy.onfield Close and the other Close Butting up to Thomas Ralings house and orchard and lying north west of the .....   I doe give these three Closes full and wholly to my beloved wife Ann Stevens to be at her full and wholl disposeing for to pay all my debts and to bring upp her Children I doe give to my Sonn John Stevens my house and Malting and the home Close and one pightle and orchard over........ the way and to his heires when he rises to the age of twenty one yeares I doe give to my daughter Ann Stevens also to my daughter Elizabeth Stevens ffifteen pounds apeece to be paid by my Sonn John Stevens out of the house and pightle when he rise to the age of one and twenty yeares Also I doe give to my Sonn John Stevens the halfe acre of arable land in Stretch Corner in case my Sonn John Stevens shall not pay or Refuse to pay to my two daughters Ann Stevens and Elizabeth Stevens then I do give to my two daughters the home Close to be equally devided between them Also I do give to my Loveing wife Ann Stevens the Rent of my house and two pightles and arable land till my Sonn John Stevens cometh to the age of twenty one yeares of age keeping the premises in Tennantable repaire I doe give to my beloved wife Ann Stevens all my personall estate I doe make my Brother John Norton and my beloved wife Ann Stevens full and whole Executors of this my last Will and Testament In witness whereunto I have sett to my hand and seale this twenty second day of October 1708 John Stevens sealed and delivered om presence of us Thos.
