In the name of God Amen I John Smith of Hanslap in the County of Bucks being weak in Body but of Sound and perfect Memory praised be Allmighty God for the same Do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in Manner and form following ffirst I recomend my Soul into the hands of Allmighty God my Creator Hopeing thro' the Meritorious Death and passion of Jesus Christ my Saviour and Redeemer to receive free pardon for all my Sins and as for my Body I Comitt the same to the Earth from whence it came to be Decently Buried at the discretion of my Executors Hereafter mentioned And as for that Worldly Estate in which it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I dispose thereof as followeth Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my well beloved brother and Sister William and Mary Brice that Bond for Twenty pounds now in the Hands of Robert Ashwell at their own Disposeing as they shall think most proper to Dispose of it And I give and bequeath unto my Brother and Sister William and Mary Brice that Bond that is now in the Hands of Edward Hare for Twenty pounds and I also give and bequeath unto my Brother and Sister William and Mary Brice that Bond for Twenty pounds that now lyeth in the Hands of David ffreeman for to buy a House or Land with the two above said Bonds and for my Brother and Sister William and Mary Brice to Enjoy such House or Land so Bought during their Naturall lives and after the Death of my well beloved Brother and Sister William and Mary Brice and I give and bequeath unto my Well beloved Kinswoman Sarah Brice  such Houses or Land that shall be Bought with such Moneys as above mentioned and her Heirs for ever And I do hereby make and ordain my Well beloved Brother and Sister William and Mary Brice to be my Executors of this my Last Will and Testament Revokeing all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my Hand and Seal this Eighteenth day of October in the fifth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of great Brittain ffrance and Ireland King Defender of the faith Anno Dom. 1731 the mark of John Smith Signed Sealed published and Declared to be the last Will and Testament of the said John Smith in the presence of us William Barridge Thomas Billing William Jennings
