In the Name of God Amen this Sixteenth day of July 1692 I Anthony Whealow of Hanslop in the County of Bucks Gent being weak in Body but of Sound and perfect Mind and Memory praised be God therefore yet calling to minde Mans Mortality doe make and Ordaine this my Last Will and Testament in maner and fforme ffollowing ffirst I bequeath my Soule to God that gave it and my Body to the Earth hopeing through the Merits Death and Passion of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ Remission and free pardon  of all my Sinns And as touching such worldly Goods Lands Tenements as God has been pleased to bestow upon me in this world I give and bequeath as ffolloweth unto Hester Wheeler of Hanslapp aforesaid Widdow for and towards the bringing up and Maintaineing of Elizabeth Wheeler her daughter untill the said Elizabeth shall come to the Age of Seaventeen yeares the said Hester Wheeler shall not nor will not demolish Sell or Convert any of the premises hereafter named but to the uses aforesaid And if the said Elizabeth Wheeler shall depart this life before shee shall come to the Respective yeares of Seaventeene yeares as above said then I give and bequeath the Messuage or Tenements Lands or hereditaments thereunto belonging wherein I now dwell which I late purchased of William Seawell late the Estate of William Furlee of Hanslop aforesaid as may and doth more at large appeare in certaine Indentures of bargaine Sale made by and between me the said Anthony Whealow of the one part and the above mentioned William Saywell of the other parte to her and her heires forever but if the said Elizabeth Wheeler shall live and come to the Age of Seaventeene yeares as above said then and from thenceforth I give and bequeath the Messuage and premises above mentioned unto Elizabeth Wheeler the daughter of Hester Wheeler above said And to her heires forever without the lawful let hinderance of the said Hester Wheeler or any person or persons whatsoever claiming any Right or Title to the premises above said And all the Rest of my Lands Tenements  Goods Chattells Ready Money premises whatsoever unbequeathed I give and bequeath unto the said Elizabeth Wheeler whome I doe hereby nominate and appoint Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament disanulling and makeing void all former Wills and Codicils of Wills by me heretofore made and doe hereby Nominate and appoint this my last Will and Testament  the day and yeare first above written the marke of Anthony Whealow Sealed subscribed and published in presence of the marke of Mary Smith Thomas Saule William Goodman
