William Heirike of Hanslop Laborer

In the name of god Amen I William Heirike of Hanslopp in the County of Buks laborer beinge sicke in body but of perfect and good remembrance thanks be to god doe make this my last will and testament in manor and forme followinge  ffirst before all beinge I comyt my soule to Allmighte god my heavenlie father and to Jesus Christe his onlie sonne my saviour and rdemer by whose death and resurrection I beleve my soule shalbe reverted into his glorious kingdom there to remayne for ever:  And my bodie to be buried in the churchyarde of Hanslop   Item I give to the mother church of Lincolne iiij d  Item I give and bequeath to my sonne Thomas Heirickes children of Harford Tenn powndes to be equalie devided amongst them within one yeare after my death and my will is that yf any of the sayd children doe decease and die before they have receaved ther p[or]cons that his or her p[or]con which doe die shalbe equaly devided betwene the rest  All the rest of my goods and chatells moveable and unmoveable that I have or oaght to have within the realme of England I give to my sayd sonn Thomas Heirike of Harford whom I doe make my whole Executor of this my last will and testament  And I make Robert Parrott the sonne of Luke Parrott my Overseer of this my last will and testament  And I will have him as soone as I am deade and buried for to lock up my dore and to loke to my goods and     to send to Harford for my sonne Thomas and when he cometh to deliver the key to him  And my will is that the aforesayd Robert  Parrott shall have for his paynes xx s because he is the Overseer of this my last will and testament  And I doe revoke all other wills and testaments by me before this tyme made  For wittnesse wherof I the sayd William Heirike have to this my will and testament set my hand and seale the xxviij th day of January Anno Dm 1608
