In the name of God Amen this Eighteenth day of ffebruary Anno Domini 1718 I Robert Vaus of Hanslap in the County of Bucks Schoolmaster being sick and weak of body but of perfect mind and memory thanks be to God and as touching such worldly Estate withwhich it hath pleased God to bless me in this life with I give and dispose of it in the following manner and form First of all I give to my Uncle Jasper Vass one shilling to my Aunt Margaret Hollis one shilling to my cousin Thomas Vass one shilling to my cousin Thomas Hollis one shilling all which paid legacies shall be paid by my Executrix within one year after my decease And all other my goods Chattells ready money with my house stables barnes yards backsides or whatsoever else property be called mine in where hands or custody soever if be found in I give to Mary my beloved wife freely by her to be enjoyed as at her own disposall to make sale of or give away as she shall think fitt or convenient And I likewise make choice of William Cooke to be an overseer of this my last will and Testament and I appoint Mary my beloved wife to be my whole and sole Executrix of this my last will and Testament verifying and containing this and no other to be my last will and Testament In Witness whereof I have herunto sett my hand and Seale the day of year above written Robert Vaus Signed Sealed published pronounced and declared by the said Robert Vaus as his last will and Testament in the presence of John Parrat William Hillyer Luke Lanes marke
