In the Name of God Amen I William Hillyer of Hanslap in the County of Bucks Victualer Being Indisposed in Bodily health but of sound and Disposeing Mind and Memory Praised be God for the Same and Sensible of my Mortallity Do make and Ordain this to be my Last Will and Testament in Manner and form following First I Recomend my Soul into the Hands of Allmighty God my Creator and Redeemer Hopeing Thro the Meritts of our Blessed Saviour to Receive Remission and Pardon from all my Sins and as to that Worldly Estate with which it hath pleased God to Bless me with all I Dispose thereof as follows Imprimis my Will and mind is that my Loveing wife shall have posess and enjoy all and Singular my Estate and Estates both Real and Personall for and towards the payment opf all my Just Debts and funerall Expences And after my said Debts and funerall Expences are Defrayed then my will and mind is that my said wife shall have posess and enjoy to her Sole and only use all the Residue and Remainder of my Personal Estate to Dispose thereof at her my said Wifes own free will and pleasure And as to for and concerning all that my Reversion Right Title Claim and Interest of in and unto all or any part of Lands Tenements and Hereditaments Lying and Being in Haversham and Crawley in the said County of Bucks my Will and Mind is that my said Loveing Wife shall enjoy the same for and Dureing the Term of her Naturall life without Impeachment of wante and from and after her Decease then my Will and Mind further is that such my Right unto the said Estates Shall  Revert unto and co equally divided amongst the Children of my Brother in Law Richard Braifield of the Town of Northampton Share and Share alike that Shall be Living at the time of my Decease And  I do direct my said Wife and Brother in Law Richard Braifield Joint Executors of this my Last Will and Testament and hereby Revoak all former Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made and Executed In Witness whereof I have to this my Last Will and Testament set my Hand and Seal this Twentyninth day of Aprill 1730 William Hillyer Signed Sealed published and Declared by the said Testator to be his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us Baldwin Wake John Harris John Vaughan                                                                                                                                Proved 24th July 1730
