In the name of God Amen, I Ann Hilyer of Hanslop in the County of Bucks widdow, being sicke in body but of perfect Memory Blessed be God for it doe make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in Manner and forme following ffirst I bequeath my Soule into the hands of Allmighty God that gave it and my body to be buried in the Churchyard of the parish of Hanslop at the discretion of my Executors hereafter named And for my worldly goods which God hath beene pleased to bestow upon me, I give as followeth ffirst I give and bequeath to Mary and Daughter of William Hilyer my Sonn in Law one brass kettell and two pewter dishes, Item I give to William the Sonn of William Hilyer aforesaid one pewter fflagon, Item I give to Jane the Daughter of Samuell Shefield of Hanslop one pewter dish, Item I give to Elizabeth the Daughter of John Hilyer of Hanslop one pewter dish, I give to Markes the Daughter of John Parrat of Castlethropp one pewter dish, Item all the rest of my goods and chattels not here mentioned I give to William Hilyer my Sonn in Law and to Elizabeth Pilgrim of Buckbrooke in the County of Northampton Spinster, to be equally devided betwene them, to discharge my ffunerall and all other my just and lawfull debts, makething them my sole and joynt Executors and revokeing all other former Wills whatsover this eighteenth day of October in the year of our Lord 1680
