In the name of god amen I William Murkett Laborer in the parish of Hanslapp in the County of Bucks Doe marke and ordaine this my last will and testiment this 16th June 1706 into whose Hands of the Allmighty I bequeath my sole and Jesus Christ my Saviour and Redeemer in whome I putt my trust And my Body to be Burid in the parish Church yard of Hanslapp   Item I give and bequeath my House and tenement which I now live in unto my Beloved wife during her naturall life and after her deses unto my Brother Usaby Murketts three Daughters and my Brother in Law Mark Travills two Daughters Cosons Ann Murkett and Elizabeth Murkett and Margrit Murkett and Elizabeth Travill and Marke Travill and theire heires ffor ever And my will is that my Cotig shall be after my wifes deses sold and equally devided amongst them and if any of them dy with out issue shall ffall amongst them and I give unto my Brother Usaby Murkett two shillings and six pence to be payd six month after my deses  I give unto my Brother in Law Marke Travil one Shilling to bee payd Six month after my deses and I give my other cotig in Woodin Lane unto my Beloved wife Susana Murkett and her heires ffor ever whom I doe mark and ordain my ffull and sole Executor of this my last will and testament Revoakin all other wills my Debts and Legacyes discharged by my Executor where unto I have set my Hand and Seale the marke of William Murkett sealed and delivered in the presence of marke of Marke Travill John Stevens  Daniel Saxby
