In the name of god Amen: The sixth daie of August anno dm.1634: I Willyam Orpin of Hanslopp in the countie of Bucks: glover, beinge sicke in bodie but of perfect memorie, thanks be given to god thearefore, doe heareby constitute make and ordaine this my last will and testament, irevocable in manner and forme followinge;  ffirst I comitt my soule into the handes of allmightie god my maker and to his sonne Jesus Christe, my alone saviour and redeemer and my bodie to be buried in the churchyard of Hanslopp aforesaid,  Item I give and bequeath unto my elldest daughter Martha Orpin, and to her heires and assignes forever, the messuage or tenement whearein I now dwell scituate in Hanslopp aforesaide, with all and singular barnes, edifices and appurtenances theareunto belonginge,  Item I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Orpin my second daughter, and to her heires and assignes for ever all that my cloase adioyning to wood end lane, neare sawcie greene, being now in my occupation, with all and singular the profitts and appurtenances theareunto belonginge;  Item I give and bequeath unto .............. Orpin my youngest daughter the full sume of ffiftie pounds of lawefull mony of England, one truckle bedd, one boxe nowe in her owne use and custodie, one mattrice, one boulster, twoe paire of my strongest sheets, one paire of my best blancketts, one coverlett, one ioyned cheste, with a locke and a key theareunto belonginge, twoe of the best pewter platters, one brasse kettle, bought of widowe Whiteheade and one little posnett; all the rest of my goods cattelle and cattells unbequeathed I give and bequeath unto my twoe elldest daughters Martha and Elizabeth whome I make my sole executrixes of this my last will, they dischardginge my debts, legacies and funerall expences;  and doe appoint my loveinge ffreinds and brother Christopher Winckles Marke Travell and ffrancis Orpin my brother my overseers, desiring them to be aydinge and assistinge to them, as neede shall require, and doe give either of them for theire paynes six pence a peece;  In withnes wheareof I have heareunto put my hande and seale; the daie and yeare first above written;  sealed, signed and subscribed and acknowledged in the presence of Marke Travell, Thomas Mabley Richard Carter MathiasHorne                                                                                                                Proved 5th July 1635
