In the Name of God Amen I ffrancis Rowson in the parish of Hanslopp in the County of Bucks being in Good Health of body and of Sound and perfect Mind and Memory praised be therefore given to Almighty God Doe make and ordaine this my ...... last Will and Testament in Manner and form following viz . ffirst and principally I Commend my Soule into the hands of Almighty God hopeing through the Meritts Death and passion of my Saviour Jesus Christ to have full and free pardon and forgiveness of all my Sins and to Inherit everlasting life And my body I Comitt to the Earth to be decently buryed at the Discretion of my Executor hereafter named and as touching the disposition of all such temporall Estate as it hath pleased God to bestow upon me I give and Dispose thereof as followeth Imprimis I give and bequeath to Rowson Son of Edmund Harriss my Sonn in Law a Cupboard Table and Dresser in the Hall of my house I now live in after his fathers Death I likewise  give and bequeath to the said Rowson Harriss the house I now live in in Long Street (purchased of Christopher ffreeman) with all the backside adjoining together with my field Land being five Acres and halfe or thereabouts to be entered upon likewise after his fathers Death provided that he pay to his Sister Elizabeth the further (sum?) of five pounds after the Decease of his father and Mother and if his Mother Survive his father that he pay to her twenty shillings a year during his life Item I give and bequeath to Mary Daughter of the said Edmond Harris a Chest and box in the room where I usually live to be delivered to her at 18 years of Age I likewise give and bequeath unto the said Mary Harris my house Closes and Pickles being and lying at or by Rose Lane to be entered upon at her fathers Decease provided that she pay to her Sister Elizabeth the sume of five pounds at her father and Mothers Decease and if her Mother survives her father that she pay to her twenty shillings a year during her life Item I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth the Daughter of the said  Edmond Harriss a Chest and box in the Room where I usually live to be delivered to her at 18 years of Age I likewise give and bequeath to the said Elizabeth Harriss my house in Churchend purchased of John Bennett to be entered upon at her fathers Decease I give and bequeath unto her the further (sum?) of three pounds to be paid her by her bother and sister as aforesaid Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter in Law Elizabeth wife of the said Edmond Harris my house in Long Street purchased of Johnston for her life provided that she outlive her husband I likewise give and bequeath to the said Elizabeth Harriss fourty shillings a yeare during her life provided as specified she outlive her husband to be paid to her by her Son Rowson and Daughter Mary as befour mentioned Item I give and bequeath unto my Nephew William Page One Ewe in Lamb worth Eight Shillings Item I give and bequeath to my Neece Elizabeth Page the further (sum?) of three shillings All the rest of my Goods Estate and Chattells whatsoever I doe give and bequeath unto my beloved Son in Law Edmond Harriss whom I Constitute and appoint my full and sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament viz: All my field Land and house Closes and Pickles at or by Rose Lane, My house I live in purchased of Christopher ffreeman My house in Church end and my house in Long Street purchased of Johnston which I say I give to him for his life and after his Decease I give it as before specified to his Son Rowson and his Daughters Mary and Elizabeth only I give unto him the said Edmond Harriss my house in Long Street purchased of Johnston to be at his own disposall as he shall think fitt after his .....decease Memorandum that if either of those  .....viz. Rowson Harriss Mary Harriss or Elizabeth Harriss shall dye without heirs I will that the Deceased part (as above mentioned) Doe goe to the others two equally and if two of them should dye without heirs that the survivor should take all but if they all dye without heirs then I will that it shall goe to the next heirs of the aforesaid Edmond Harriss And I doe hereby Revoke Disannul and make void all former Wills and Testaments by me heretofour made In Witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale this Twenty fifth day of July in the year of our Lord God One thousand Seaven hundred and fourteene the marke of ffrances Rowson Witnesses Joseph Ladbrooke  Robert Ladbrooke ffrancis Moor
