In the name of God Amen I Susanna Dorman of Hanslopp in the County of Bucks widdowe this Twenty fifth day of August in the yeare of our Lord God Accordinge to the Account of our Church of England One Thousand six hundred ffifty Eight beinge weake in body but blessed be to God for it in good and perfect sense and memory doe revoake and make voyd all former wills by mee made and doe ordaine this to bee my last will and Testament as in manner and forme as followeth which is to say ffirst I bequeath my soule into the hands of Jesus Christ in whom I wholy rely for the Redemption thereof  And my body to bee decentluy buryed att the discretion of my Executors hereafter named and as for my worldly goods I give and bequeath in manner and forme followinge  Item which is to say all my moveable goods and household stuff I give and bequeath to bee equally devided betwixt my Grandchildren William Panter and Gilbert Panter and my daughter in Law Katherine Panter widdowe  the late wife of Gilbert Panter my sonne in Law deceased to bee betwixt them three equally devided and distributed my iust and due debts being first paid  my funerall discharged and those Legacies hereafter expressed alsoe paid forth of the said goods  Item I give to my Grandchild John Panter the summe of five pounds  of good and lawfull money of England to bee paid him within one yeare after my death if hee live to come againe from the Seas or else to rest to the three first named and the two partes of my estate to Redound to the longer liver of William or Gilbert Panter if either of the two dye without issue lawfully begotten and if they two should soe happen to dye without issue then the whole to John Panter if in case hee comes againe otherwise to Richard Panter the sonne of the forenamed Katherine Panter and his heires for ever  Item to Samuell Ashby five shillings  Item I give to Phillipp Tomkins the sume of Twenty shillings and to his daughter Mary  the sume of Tenn shillings and the longer liver of them two the whole Thirty shillings  Alsoe I doe intreate my welbeloved friends Mr Charles Tyrrill Mr Henry Lane and William Ashby to be the Executors in trust for this my last will and Testament and for their paines therin I doe give them three shillings and foure pence apeice to buy each of them a paire of gloves  I give more to Jane Whitton of Yardley  Guben the sumeof twenty shillings all which Legacies last expressed to be paid within three monthes after my decease  In witnes hereunto I the said Susanna Dorman doth seale and publish and declare this to bee my lastwill and Testament the day and yeare first above written  The marke of Susan Dorman  In the presence of us the marke of Jane Whitton the marke of Anne W...goose
