Left his estate to his wife Sarah who was his sole executrix. Assets included a receipt for, and a share in a business for making Scots pills. Another copy of this will is held in the Centre for Buckingshire Studies (reference D/A/We/131/82) which gives a probate date of 28 June 1817.
