In the name of God Amen the eight day of June In the Eight yeare of the Raigne of our soverayne Lord Charles by the Grace of God King of England Scotland ffrance and Ireland Defendour of the faith etc.   I Robert Butcher Alias Sibthrop of Hanslop in the County of Bucks yeoman  Considering the frailty of mans Life being now in p[er]fect memory doe make this my Last will and Testament in manner and forme as followeth  Imprimis I bequeath my Soule to my onely Saviour and redeemer Christ Jesus and my bodie to be buried in the churchyard of Hanslop afforsaid.  Item I give unto Elizabeth Sibthrop my Loving wife the House and the whole messuage that I now dwell in with all and singular the p[ro]fitts and commodities thereunto belonging whatsoever making noe wilfull wast for and during her naturall Life shee keeping her selfe Widdow  Item I give unto John Sibthrop my second sonne the said Messuage and tenement with all and singular the p[ro]fitts and Commodities aforesaid making noe wilfull wast for and during the Tearme of one and Twentie years next and Immediately enshewing after the decease of my said wife  The said John paying 5 shillings yearly during the said tearme of xxi years at the ii  feasts in the yeare viz: at Michealmas and our Ladie day unto William Sibthrop   Item the said John Sibthrop to pay unto Alexander Sibthrop his brother eight Poundes the second yeare after his Entrance.  Item to Ann Sibthrop his sister viii  that time twelve month  And to Robert Sibthrop his brother eight poundes that time twelve months.  Item to Jane Sibthrop viii  that time twelve month  Item to Thomas Sibthrop his youngest brother eight poundes that time Twelve Month  Item I make and ordaine my Loving wife Elizabeth Sibthrop my full whole sole and only Executrix of this my Last will and Testament she paying my debtes and discharging my funerall expences  Item my will and meaning is that if the said John Sibthrop shall depart this Life before his said mother or that he die within one yeare after her desease that then the said messuage to remaine to Alexander for and during the remainder of the said xxi  yeares paying as aforsaid if ye said Alexander die then to Robt. Sibthrop and he likewise paying as aforsaid.  And if it happen the said Robert Sibthrop to die before the expircon of the said terme then the said messuage to remaine to Thomas Sibthrop he paying as aforsaid and if it happen that the said Tho: Sibthrop to die before the expiracon of the said xxi years then to Willm Sibthrop he paying to his sisters as aforsaid  In Witnesse whereof I the said Robert Sibthrop have hereunto sett my hand and seale the daie and yeare first above written  Robert Sibthrop sealed and delivered in the presence of Ha: Porter Thomas Eides
