Line 8 - "tworchys" - perhaps a variant of "torches" ie the church lights / candles

Line 10 - "coulter" - a vertical blade in front of a plough-share

Lines 12 & 18 - "hyve/hyffe of byn" - hive of bees (by = bee; +n forms the plural)

Line 14 - "showynge hamar" & "payr of pynsowys" - possibly a shoeing hammer & pair of pincers
(which would imply that the testator worked as a smith)

Line 16 - "forcer" - similar to "cofer" (ie coffer) - a chest or cabinet

Line 18/19 - "kerchevys" - kerchiefs ie headscarves
