The last will & testam[en]t nu[n]cupative of
Thomas Coye the El[de]r late of Hanslope
in the county of Buck[s] deceased by him
uttered in his lieftyme by word of
mouth, & after his death put into writing
as followeth

The said deceased being of p[er]fecte mynd & memory
did upon the xxth daie of Aprill in the yere of
o[u]r lord god 1613, in the p[res]ence of Thomas James
Will[ia]m Wright & others, utter his mynd touching
the disposing of his goods to the effecte following
ffirst he gave unto Richard Coye his sonne the
money w[hi]ch Mr Troughton did owe him. Also he
gave unto eache of the children of his sonne Thomas
one sheepe All the rest of his goods & chattels
whatsoever he gave unto Thomas Coy his said
