The building is listed with particulars as follows.

No 15 and Olney House Grade II C18 altered, stone and roughcast, slate roof of modern mansard form with three flat topped dormer sash windows. Two storeys and attic, ground floor rusticated stone, first floor roughcast with quoins. Central panelled door with semi-circular fanlight, stone doorcase with consoles supporting triangular pediments broken beneath. Venetian window either side with rusticated mullions and two above to first floor with moulded head and plain architraves. Central semi-circular arched window with wide shouldered moulded architraves. No 15 is one window wide wing set back at south end, re-faced C20 to match house, now a separate property, lower doorway section on left.
