Listed building

The building is listed with particulars as follows.

Grade II Later C18, ashlar stone with shallow slate roof, stone coped gables with moulded kneelers, dentilled eaves cornice. Yellow brick chimney stack each end. Three storeys, floorbands. Five Sash windows in reveals with elaborate surrounds of pilasters, flat arches with fluted key stones. Central 6 panel door in wooden doorcase with reeded pilasters, consoles, dentilled triangular pediment broken over semi-circular head of doorway. Fanlight, panelled reveals, two stone steps. Blind windows in north gable. Rear wing with two sash windows to each floor on south elevation, flat lintels with keystones.
