Listed building

The building is listed with particulars as follows.

Grade II Early C19, ashlar stone, slate roof hipped over canted corner. Two storeys. Pair of sash windows to each floor at corner. Entrance on Lime Street frontage, 6-panel door with panelled reveals, architrave surround, porch with two slender columns supporting an entablature with two lions' head medallions on tile frieze. Two modern casements to each floor on the left, under painted wooden lintels.
