The building is listed with particulars as follows.

Grade II Early C19, red brick with vertical patterns in black headers. Slate roof. Two storeys, stone first floor band. Central half glazed door with rectangular fanlight panelled reveals, wooden doorcase with pilasters, decorated frieze and cornice now enclosed in advertising fascia. Shallow bay window with cornice on right. C19 sash on left with stone lintel and keyblck, two barred first floor sashes and blank recess above door all with similar lintels.
