Listed building

The building is listed with particulars as follows.

Grade II Early C19, formerly the "Dolphin" Inn, stucco with ashlar lines, slate roof. Two storeys, 6-panel door with rectangular fanlight, wooden doorcase with pilasters consoles and cornice hood, tripartite sash window on left, lintel with keyblock, similar window above, shop window to right with sash window above. (Adjoins No 1 Weston Road q.v.).
