  The picture dates from about 1910.

Maltings Farm is in the background. The sign behind the children is of the Swan Inn.

The shop was run by Jemima Greenwood whose husband ran the Green Man. It was her second shop. The girl in the white hat is Jemima's eldest daughter Dorothy May.

This shop became Trickers fish shop after WW2 and taken down circa 1970.
