From a photograph by Kitcheners taken in the 1920s. Number 59 occupies the left half of this building.
The building is not shown on the 1900 Ordnance Survey maps, but is occupied by the time of the 1911 census. It is believed that this and the house next door were built by Robert Dickens and Lovell Branson.
